Service Description

Inspection Labor Rates • Inspection Rate: $115/hour (Includes labor for oil changes, repacking wheel bearings, and A.D. research — additional labor may be charged if A.D. logs are not current within the past two years.) • Inspection pricing includes: • Labor for the inspection process • Labor for Oil change & filter replacement • Wheel bearing repacking • Airworthiness Directive (A.D.) research • Inspection pricing does NOT include: • Parts (oil, filters, O-rings, etc.) • A.D. compliance labor or parts • Repairs, discrepancies, or additional services beyond the scope of the inspection (Annual/100 hour) Aircraft Contents & Documentation We are not responsible for personal items left in your aircraft. For your protection: • Please remove any removable items prior to leaving the aircraft with us. • Required Documents at Drop-Off: • Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) • Airworthiness Certificate • Weight & Balance Data • Current A.D. Log (within 2 years) • All Airframe, Engine, and Propeller Logbooks Missing documents may delay inspection and incur additional A.D. research time. Scheduling & Payment Process • Inspection Invoicing Timeline: 1. Upon completion of the inspection, you'll receive an invoice for labor and parts (oil, filters, etc.) which is due upon receipt. 2. Within 1-2 days, you’ll receive a detailed estimate for any required corrective actions. 3. Once you approve the estimate, parts will be ordered and work will commence upon receipt of parts. 4. Upon completion of all work, you will receive a final invoice for remaining labor and shipping. Payment is required before aircraft release.
